The Agent Services Coordinator is extremely focused & structured, yet still flexible enough to handle an ever-changing environment and ongoing interruptions that are common in this role.

The Agent Services Coordinator must understand that to run effectively and efficiently, any business must have an exceptional brand & that brand must be shouted from the rooftops consistently & frequently. Without this, the business will become lost in a sea of obscurity. To do this, the Agent Services Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the implementation & refining of a strong, onboarding plan utilizing the vast number of resources provided to us by Keller Williams.

  • Communication through multiple mediums such as text, email, social media, smart plans and marketing materials..

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding process for all new Agents joining the Market Center
  • Assist Market Center Administrator with answering agent questions
  • Assist Team Leader with management of recruiting pipeline, agent performance results, recruiting materials, and interviews.
  • Assist agents in answering questions related to licensing, technology, or any real estate need
  • Provide support and feedback to the MCA & Team Leader on all matters affecting the productivity and operation of the Market Center.
  • Assist in Market Center Events such as RED DAY, training events, food drives, and a variety of other activities throughout the year.
  • Leverage KWRI digital assets, press releases, branding materials, toolkits, etc.
  • Embrace new technology, master it, and teach it to others

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
